Our story
Baking bread started as a mental health hobby where friends would subscribe to receive fresh baked goods weekly. At that point, everything was lovingly made in an outdoor kitchen with a toaster oven. Over a year later, we have moved into a large indoor kitchen with AC, operating two full-size ovens, have employed 2-5 local staff, and now offer food items, seasonal favorites, and catering events.
Our tastes
One of the hardest things living overseas is homesickness. But having tastes from home takes the edge off. Having grown up in various American cities, and exposed to international cuisine, we strive for authenticity in our flavor. We only ever use real food (sometimes making ingredients from scratch). No shortcuts or preservatives, just love.
